If you are teaching at a public school or public charter school and you cannot find the school in our list, please send as much information as you can about the school to schoolinfo@brainhoney.com. Please include the name of the school and the contact information for the main office (email or phone) so we can get the proper listing in our database. If you are not at a public school, see the next question. What if I'm not working at a US K-12 Public School? For now, your school can purchase the BrainHoney School Suite to provide access to all of your school's teachers. We can provide trial access to the system upon request. Contact us at sales@brainhoney.com for more information. How can I get more help? Help is embedded in the product and you will be automatically be enrolled in a "Welcome To BrainHoney" course. Look in your "View" menu to view this course. The "Welcome to BrainHoney" course covers the basics of the product. Schools that upgrade to the BrainHoney School Suite receive Tier II email support from Agilix and can upgrade to higher levels of support from one of our partners. |
